ABOUT ANETHA
Anetha is one of Europe’s leading techno artists - a DJ, producer and the founder of Mama Told Ya, a label and creative platform at the crossroads of music, art and ecology. We are looking for a Community & Image Manager to help develop and strengthen Anetha’s online presence and visual identity across social media, in close collaboration with Mama Loves Ya, her creative agency and management team.

PROFILE

Strong understanding of social media ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Deep interest in electronic music, visual culture, and digital storytelling.

Skills in photo, video, or editing are highly appreciated.

Comfortable working and writing in English.

Creative, proactive, organized, and visually driven.
CONDITIONS

Flexible collaboration: per project, part-time, or long-term partnership.

Work closely with Anetha’s core team and Mama Loves Ya.

Possibility to expand to other artists’ projects within the agency in the future.

Compensation to be discussed depending on experience and setup (freelance / fixed contract / retainer).

MAIN MISSIONS
1. Social strategy & planning
-
Define and implement content schedules and posting strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Conduct trend research and social media monitoring to stay ahead of current formats and aesthetics.

Contribute to concept ideation and storytelling, from tone of voice to visual direction.

Define planning and todo for the Artist and keep track of the schedule.
2. Content creation
-
Plan, (ideally) shoot, and/or edit photo and video content (studio, backstage, tour, daily life).

Adapt content formats for social media (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.).

Collaborate with Mama Loves Ya’s team (managers, videographers, image manager, designers).
3. Community management
-
Manage posting, stories, engagement, DMs, comments, and broadcast channels.

Maintain visual and editorial consistency across all platforms.

Engage actively with Anetha’s communities (and potentially with her labels, agency).
4. Communication & event support
-
Support the promotion of events, releases, and collaborations.

Coordinate with promoters and partners to ensure proper visibility across channels.

Potentially assist in promoting and helping other artists / labels from the Mama Loves Ya roster.
